Getting older ain't fun

I've never heard of it but think I'll give it a try
That's what I said.
My reason was because of the reduction in wanting to eat S Food!

Diabetes is killing me & Glucose is the enemy.
How do you go through life eating Organic Food & not having to worry about Carbs, Fiber, Protein. Sugar?

So moringa helps me eat no Carbs, & Sugar, well it helps. Will power does the rest.
I have noticed my stomach & guits feel much better.
My back 3 burst discs from many moons ago feels much better with less pain & muscle spasms.

Good morning gentlemen. I suppose I have my share of aches and pains at 57 (in 11 days). But, I think I may have more than average considering how beat up I've been along the way; motorcycle crashes, direct hit from an F4 tornado, head-on collision at 55 mph, thanks to a drunk driver. Now, I have back pain from 2 blown disks, and scoliosis from L2 thru L5. Doc says I need a fusion.

Now, with all that said, like I need a new problem, I can hardly walk this morning because I tweaked something in the right side of my azz last night (the good side) during the simple chore of putting my drawers on after getting out of the shower. Have I got the best luck or what?

End of rant.

Getting old is no fun, but it's the best alternative.

I hope you gentlemen at least get a smile or a chuckle from reading this, and have a blessed day!

Remember, misery loves company. Feel free to share your stupid injury stories.
Can so relate.

Looking back at my life, I'm just stunned that I am still alive much less still walking.
Working on & Racing Motorcycles for years I had many cases of road rash & broken bones LOL.

Take your time & exhaust every other measure first. Fusion is forever.

Of course there is always Whisky.

10 minutes ago I got home with a bottle of Cuervo 1800. Pain will soon be leaving my body. An early start perhaps but it has been a while since I have had any alcohol. Another that has had his share of broken/crushed bones. All bike related and none my fault other than being at the wrong place at the wrong time.

1911 Fanatics logged me out, at some point last few days, miracle I still remembered my password, why write anything down when your memory like a steel trap, so what were we talking about oh yeah, gettin old and achy, my order of Moringa has arrived so will be testing it out, fingers crossed it works for me!

And just to throw something in here about 1911's, don't think I mentioned this before but I have a new Kimber optic ready on layaway, probably my last fairy big expense for any kind of firearm
