I'm a DIY guy but I wouldn't attempt it without a mill or very good quality drill press. Need a method to keep the FSB aligned while drilling. Have to drill the FSB and barrel and then taper ream the holes. I found this wasn't a task that local gunsmiths could or would do so I sent a barrel to ADCO last year to have it and the barrel drilled and reamed for taper pins. Cost was $90 with me supplying the FSB. You don't want your FSB to be canted on the barrel. It's not something the average gun tinkerer should do.BobS761 said:This says all I need to know!
