I have a Sun Devil Billet upper reciever. Flat top, dust cover, no foward assist no M4 cuts. This was used only for a mock up. Zero rounds fired from this upper reciever. These are CNC Machined from SOLID BILLET, hard anodized black. These retail for $170. I would like $140 for it or trade for 9mm or 45acp ammo.
