I am needing to buy more choke tube's for my shotgun, all i read about is the non back-bored and back bored. I have the out of the box SLP Mark 1 tactical. Is it back-borded or is that something you get done? If anyone knows a good place to get a Full Choke tube for my shotgun ,qualty is worth the money.

Jesse do you know if my shot gun is back-bored or non? I seen you have several chokes what are the main ones you suggest?

I doubt that its back bored as much as it could be. I had Briley back hire one and sells it did was change my slug poi.

I have a diffusion, Cylinder, skeet, Improved Cylinder, Light mod, mod, improved mod, and full.

I suggest an open choke like IC, C, S or D for clays and full size poppers and firetad falling steel. then a M or LM for general purpose steel like mini poppers and those pesky 4-6" plates. Then a full, light full or IM for those tough targets or in case you want to shoot from distance rather than run up close.

Tony has a good point here. Unless your going to be willing to go out and shoot a bunch if different targets with all your chokes to find out what works on what your better of with the KISS principle and an IC or LM all the time and a Full for the stupid hard stuff.

LM & Diffusion (for the up close hoser stuff)

My phoilosophy on chokes is to ask Jesse which one I should use for that stage & then borrow it from him.
It's alot cheaper this way.

I loctited my LM choke in my shotgun. I haven't found a reason yet to switch from it.
