I'm looking for recommendations for a fixed stock for my rifle. I currently have a bravo company 6 position stock that I am looking to replace. The rifle has turned from my budget build a couple years ago to being setup for 3 gun. I probably would be better off buying another AR or another build, but with NYS new laws its just about impossible to buy an AR now. I also really like my Stag upper so I am ok with changing parts to make it suited to my needs now.

I've owned the ACE Socom, ARFX, and Ultra lite. Work good for me an the anodized aluminum gets the ladies.

I just got a kit from Brownell's that includes a Magpul fixed stock. It is shorter than my fully extended M4-carbine stock, so had to move the scope mount forward. I like it, and the whole kit was $90. And now that I have the rifle buffer tube, etc, moving on to other stocks will be easier if/when the time comes. Not having my beard hair ripped out by the adjustable stock while I'm shooting is ****ing awesome.

Thanks guys. I am looking at the Vltor at this point. Nothing against the Ace stocks, I just think I may benefit from the cheek weld adapters. Looking to purchase before September so I can shoot my local group match with it. Sept is the last shoot for the group before the off season and the beginning of my planning for next year and possible out of state shoots.
