I like the message, but iffy on the presentation. He seemed a bit smug to me.

he may have seemed smug at the beginning but i think his show of emotion at the end more than made up for it. well done.

I don't know Tony, I think that we need to get our message across. And if it hurts their feelings, is called smug or makes them cry, then so be it. At some point "impoliteness" is going to happen. They aren't listening now and something will happen to get their attention. It's better to have it happen before the situation turns bad.

I don't disagree, like I said I completely agree with everything that he said, I'm just a bit iffy on the presentation.
I'm not concerned with hurting anyone's feelings, but smug gets written off, respectable (not to be confused with respectful) & intelligent is the way to present an argument.
