Starting with Gold Cups, a 1966 on top, a 79 GCNM MkIV Series 70 in the middle and a 1988 GCNM MkIV Series 80 on the bottom.

Moving to newer Gold Cups a 1996 GCNM MkIV Series 80 on top. This is an enhanced pistol and the last year for the steel trigger. In the middle is a 2010 GCT and on the bottom a 2012 GCNM MkIV Series 80 "round top". These all had rubber wrap around grips which I replaced with wood stocks I ordered off the Colt website back when one could order them there.

From the SS world a 1988 MkIV Series 80 on top and a 1990 Delta Gold Cup on the bottom. Here the rubber wrap around grips were replaced with wood stocks ordered from Altamont.

And newer would be two both made in 2015. A SS GCT and a blue GCNM MkIV Series 70. Again the rubber wrap around grips on the GCT got replaced with wood stocks.

Also should not forget the smaller guys. Here three XSE LW Commanders. The one on the top is a 2006 in 45 ACP. In the middle is a 2009 in 38 Super and on the bottom is a 2015 in 9mm. Of course 2015 is the year Colt dropped most of its XSE line of pistols.

And a couple little Defenders. A 2002 in 45ACP on top and a 2010 in 9mm on the bottom. I did replace the rubber wrap around grips with wood stocks on both.

In fact, thinking of sizes, here are examples of the four sizes Colt has made over the years with a 2013 MkIV Series 70 Gov in SS on top with a 1991 SS Commander under that. Under that a 2000 Compact (like Officers). On the bottom is the 2002 Defender which was in the previous picture.

And here is a look at just the slides.

Here's a couple to start off. Unfortunately my picture taking skills pale by comparison to most posted here.
The one on the right is a Colt 1902 Sporting .38ACP circa 1908, and the other is a Colt .38 Super Match, 1 of 831 with fixed sights. It also has WWII Military provenance

Gold Cup National Match .38 Mid Range from 1969 and a Colt .38 Special Kit pistol built by Jim Clark Sr. at Clark Custom in 1966 (sorry for the glare). I have another Clark Custom pistol that I bought new in 1978, a Long Heavy Slide .45ACP built using a new '78 Colt Government Model.

As my screen name applies, I have an affinity for .22 Conversion Unit's and I own several. I have a couple of Colt's. On the left is a early Post War (1946) .22 Conversion Unit on a Government Model (1964) frame and on the right is a late '70's .22 Conversion Unit on a Government Model (1975) frame. To stay on the .22LR theme, I also have a Colt Service Model Ace from 1978.
