Is his first name Buster? Lol
I assume Hymans is a competing restaurant? If so, what does he think about S 308?
It sounds like a few people have been to the Charlaston Crab Shack. Is it a real restaurant, or is it a local hangout where the folks hang around the bar and drink too much?

If you can call being in the same location for over 100 years "competing". Hyman's isn't a chain like the Crab Shack. It's a good place in the Market district. You'll see lines down the block in the busy seasons to get in.
If I go to a chain, it's Bubba Gump's, because I usually have my dog with me and they'll set down a bowl of water for him on their shady patio. My wife used to live down there and there are other local "hangouts" we'd go to, but we don't go there as much as we'd like to anymore.
