CCI small rifle primers

Found some CCI small rifle primers at Heartland Outdoors in Edmond. They had #41 and #400. Price was 4.19 per or 41.90 per 1000. Haven't bought any in a long time or even seen any, so I don't know how reasonable the price is. Picked up 1000 just in case it was a fluke sighting.

That's....pretty high. But if you need primers then you need primers.

Unfortunately, I've gotten used to picking up things when I find them. With availability of every thing so low, shopping is kind of a thing of the past. I think it will get better soon though.

That's what they would cost if you ordered from powder valley and paid hazmat.

Wow, you're right. Primers got expensive while I wasn't paying attention.

I was in OKC yesterday and stopped by H&H. Only allowed 500 at a time, and Fed SPP priced around $4/100.



Today new store in Tulsa had same at $4.19/100 with same 500 max purchase.



Don't know if price will ever drop again, but don't think I will be finding any more $30/1000 deals anytime soon, so will take what I can get.

I can tell ya guys, I wish I didn't have to put a max purchase number on my primers (I run H&H reloading department) especially for you guys who are good enough to take the time to stop by from out of town. If the distributors would at least give us a heads up as to when more are coming it would be a relief. As is, every day I come in and check the docks just to see what has arrived. I did just get a shipment of plated bullets in large enough to let us allow 1000 a day instead of 500 per guest. I am ready for all this to be over myself. One thing I will always adhere to is what's good for the goose is good for the gander, I put the same restrictions on my guys and myself that I do on anyone coming in off the street. There have actually been times when I come in the next morning and we sold out of what I needed the night before. I know that my cci spp are 17.77 per 500 out the door, thats about 35 per K, and for the last couple of months I had my federal gold medal match mag spp for 2.99 per 100 with a 1K a day limit cuz I had a pallet of em. We retailers are ready for things to let up as well. I know at least at our place, everybody in our reloading department loads personally and this is putting quite a pinch on us all. Once again, I want to say how much we appreciate you guys coming in. If there is ever any suggestions you guys have for me, just let me know,
