This turned out to be one the most rewarding days of shooting I've ever had.
Bowman Lodge is an Oklahoma treasure. Serving wounded vets is their only mission. They spare no expense & they dont charge a dime. This is their only fundraiser.
Watching Lance adapt to shooting his AI Benelli at Sporting Clays was a blast.
I shot 54/70 on the S/C course (great course!) and shot 17/30 at the 5-stand, which was a lackluster performance, but still superfun.
I bumped into a childhood friend that I havent seen in over 30 years. Priceless stuff.
The lodge is magnificent. What they do there is amazing. I'm honored and humbled to have been a tiny little part of it.

I had a great time! Amazing place and such a great cause! Had my first experience at shooting sporting clays and 5 stand. I am ready to go again and suck a whole lot less
