Thanks Semi Pro's for your advise on trigger pulling My glock had two misfires yesterday so I pulled the trigger harder after that and she ran sweet.
So thanks Semi Pro's for your tips on puling harder

At the steel challenge match today, after another guy had ran off a couple of "interesting" 30 second times on Outer Limits, I overheard the scorekeeper tell him "on this next run just shoot the stop plate, that'll be faster". Sounded like a real semi-pro tip to me.

I gave a little advice this weekend. We were shooting a pistol-shotgun stage. Shooter finished the pistol part, then unloaded and showed clear looking back @ the RO. I suggested that he might want to ground it and move on to the shotgun portion of the stage. :)

Been there! See my Midwest 3 gun video. Unfortunately there were no Semi Pro's drinking beer nearby to set me straight.

You might try To up the sarcasm a little more next time so the shooter is embarrassed enough not to forget next time. I'm sure Jake will have a good response to get the crowd involved with a little laughter.

not a semi-pro, but an actual PRO tip!

I told Jesse I didn't want to presume to "lube his junk" and he told me to "lube the elephant dung out of it."

Ryan was actually being modest. When the guy unloaded and showed clear, I think the actual semi pro phrase was, "You feel like shooting some shotgun?". The guy turned a little red faced. He'll remember it.

I have recently learned that the pulling the trigger harder concept also applies to making power factor at the chrono. At a recent uspsa sectional match, one of our esteemed semi pros told the guy running the chrono to pull the trigger harder when his "major ammo" went minor. It worked well enough to get him 165.0. You can't argue with physics (or semi pros) I guess.
