Another new member to the community. Over the last few years, I've been bitten by the firearms bug pretty bad. I enjoy learning about new firearms, shooting and all things related. I'm in the process of building my first AR and appreciate the knowledge of the more experienced folks out there.

I've recently become more interested in shooting matches but know next to nothing about them so I'll be looking for more information on that.

Matt - would you recommend the 1st Sunday of the month out at Tri City Gun Club? I've heard that might be a good place to start for a pistol match.

Yes it's a good place to get your feet wet. Just stick with me Feegee, or Micah if you want to be safe and follow the rules you'll find at bigger matches.

Then we'd need a portapotty company to sponsor the matches. The RO's new saying would be "if you aren't shooting or sharting, tape targets!" I wonder if you could get a reshoot for pooping yourself after the buzzer.
