Another 2014 Contingency program question.

Sorry for this stupid question but I am brand new to the forum and to competitive shooting.
What exactly is the contingency program?

I am wanting to get into competitive shooting and I plan to order a 2014 Boomer Shooter Jersey but am really unsure what I am getting myself into. LOL..

Basically it goes like this:

Buy a jersey
Wear jersey shooting matches
Every match = 1 point
5 points = 1 entry
End of the year we take those entries and draw for prizes (guns, guns, guns, and other cool swag)

Brandon forgot to mention that you have to get a pic of yourself wearing the jersey at the match and then post your picture along with the results from the match.
