Is ammo getting that hard to find? I saw an ad in iwanna (Woodruff):

3 ammo cans of XM855 5.56x45 AR15 am mo. By Federal, on stripper clips, 420 rounds each, very rare, hard to find. $250 each.

What pricing and availability are you guys seeing on (bulk) ammo?

PSA has 420 round ammo cans of federal xm855 for $179 right now.

What I'm finding right now is not an ammo shortage but instead a price hike because people are buying.

However IMI M193 & M855 is hard to find. IMI is the real good stuff and highly coveted.

The cheaper ammo is getting hard to find. IIRC the guys at PSA, a couple of weeks ago, warned me that the military is increasing their buying activities.

PSA Just got PMC X-TAC 855 back in stock today. Its considered by many to be better than Federal XM855, but slightly under IMI quality. And it's priced good for today's market.

Not priced as competitively, but I did see one 420 can of Federal XM855 at Dewey's in Greenville for $179. And a bunch of steel WPA for $150/500.

Last time I talked to Tom at Ace, he said they backordered on him. I'll check again.
