just wanted to remind everyone of the USPSA match at ATA this coming Saturday.
Sign in will be at 7:45 for an 8:00am start and we will have the regular start time of 9:30 sign in and 10:00 start.
Come and take advantage of the cooler mornings or just shoot thru twice.
There will be 7 stages, 1 classifier, 160+ rounds, and maybe a few steelJ
We are also holding a 2 day Tactical Carbine Class on June 23rd &24th, for information click here. The cost for this class is only $300 and as all our classes, it comes with a satisfaction guarantee. This class is not a competition class but I have included a small outline of the class below. I'll bet that almost everyone needs to work on the skills that are to be developed and/or emphasized in this class.
Points that we will cover:
Safety Loading and clearing Accessories, weapon setup, slings, gear, sights, optics, ballistics, cleaning/lube Fundamentals of rifle marksmanship Reloading efficiently Diagnosing and clearing malfunctions Introduction to shooting positions Accurate multiple follow up shots Engaging multiple targets The proper use of cover and concealment Life saving training methodology Training drills to continue your training
