Does anybody know or know where to get information like how many stages there will be and how many rounds to bring, etc…?

All the regionals are 8 stages I believe over two half days. The did not post stage descriptions prior to the last match which I dislike. Round count is always roughly 30/gun/stage. If you bring 300-400 rounds and 20-50 slugs your usually good to go.
