Looking for a .38 special for my wife would like to stay under 350

.38 special has proven effective more then once. What good does it do a woman to carry a .45 ACP if she can't carry it or hit her target with it? Different stroke for different folks.

It would also be appreciated if you could substantiate your claims with evidence, instead of just posting willy nilly.

The whole idea of conceal carry (if that is what snowman is even looking to do) is to protect yourself/other in a life threatening situation and create a safe enviroment again. It's the law enforcements problem after that.

If you carry with the intent to kill people, similar to your idea of executing a family pet dog, maybe there are other forums out there that would suit you better.

I think snowman is actually asking if someone has a 38 for sale, so he could buy it for his wife.

Snowman, I'm sure you checked with Bob@UAG. You might also subscribe to this site; they regularly have great specials on .38's and .327's as well... something you might consider.

Yup, Bigfutz, that's what happened. Someone who is no longer here claimed a .38 wasn't sufficient for self defense. There's going to be a lot of posts around here that don't make sense due to that.
