3 Gun Score Sheets?

Anyone have sample score sheets for a 3 Gun match? I'm aware that scoring varies from club to club with some conforming to IDPA, some USPSA, some the new 3 Gun Nation system, and some completely unique.

That being said, I'd love to see a few sample score sheets actually used "out in the wild".

Also, word on the street is that Chambers has an excel spreadsheet that calculates scores. If you guys have that, I 'd love a copy.
