3 gun nation semi-pro

Can someone please explain the 3 gun nation rules for the reqional semi-pro. Also what with the club series and the classification shoots? Do I have to shoot 1 of the classifiers before I shoot in 1 of the 4 semi-pro events? These new rules are confusing me all up? Also can I shoot the classifier at the semi-pro match or do I have to shoot a classifier before? can I shoot a classifier at a club series match and it will still stick for semi-pro? thanks

You can shoot regionals without shooting a classifier.

You can qualify for next years pro series qualifier match with classifier points or through points gained by shooting regionals.

I'm not sure but I think you can combine the two.
