22 LR ammo!

just had a chance to pick up some 500 ct Federal 22lr for $18 a box but shipping was $30 that was from Lucky Gunners is that normal for them for that high of shipping? :roulette:

$30 for shipping? Is it coming from directly from the Wolf facility in Russia?

I'd say your not such a Lucky Gunner at that rate.

gunbot.net shows Natchez has CCI 22lr in stock you can only buy 1 box and it was going to cost 21.00 to ship it to me, Really gouging c***suckers!!!!!!!

TacticalK9, was in Stillwater today taking my daughter out to eat and but her some groceries for her dorm, while in town I went by the 2 Wal-Marts the new one on the far west of town was out of about everything the guy at the counter pointed out that they can't keep shotgun shells in stock now, is anyone else hearing about shotgun shells becoming scarce?

Yeah Natchez had that in the past. It's not even worth shipping a $300 case of .223 for $30 shipping. I would order 2-3 cases to make that worth while.

Walmarts ammo limit is working. I bought 3 boxes of .45 yesterday and they had more left. They also had self defense 9mm and a bunch of WWB .223 at $.62/round.

This shortage is gonna be back to normal in 3 months.

Don't just sit there calmly. Say something about this injustice!

Well, I have I quit buying ammo from places such as Natchez, I spent just a little a $100 dollars just about 2 weeks ago for 243 and 30-06 ammo cost me $6.50 to ship, while watching gunbot.net they advertised CCI Blazers 22LR 500ct box $18.50 what an awesome price, I ordered 1 box cause that is all you was allowed to order, $21.60 for shipping now why is that? I called them on it and their reply was "do you want it" I calmly said no I informed them I would no longer buy from them. I have spent a little under $1k this past year in ammo with them and thought they was getting to people and his reply was "there are lots of other places to buy ammo". So this is the kinda replies a lot of other people are getting also from other places.

Well eventually the smoke will clear and panic buying will slow down, I hope, so spread the word about bad business during this time and I bet you these places won't survive when things get back to normal, if they ever do.

I looked at gunbroker for the heck of it yesterday. The prices and amount of bids 22lr had was insane! People are idiots for paying this. This is part of why above I stated the one on armslist was "fair".
