Who is going to any of the matches this year? I was hoping to see Tulsa listed at least once. Looks like the only one I am available to attend (due to work) is the August 1-2 match in WV.

3-Gun Nation is proud to announce the venues and dates for the 2015 3GN Regional Championship Series, presented by Remington Outdoor Company (ROC). Five matches will provide championship-caliber 3-Gun competition across the country, blending Pro Series-style, natural terrain and long-range target presentations. Each of the five matches will have one of the following ROC brands as a title sponsor: Barnes Bullets, Advanced Armament Corporation, Remington Handguns, Bushmaster and DPMS, again providing 3GN Regional Championship matches with some of the most lucrative prize tables in the sport.

Four new venues highlight the 2015 season, including matches in Utah, Alabama, Virginia and West Virginia. 3GN will make a return trip to Marble Falls, Texas for the second event of this year’s Regional Championship Series.

The season kicks off in February at the Western Regional Championship, presented by Barnes Bullets, in St. George, Utah. Home to the Southern Utah Practical Shooters, St. George has hosted several major pistol matches as well as the annual Hard as Hell Multigun.

In March, 3GN heads back to Marble Falls, Texas for the Southwestern Regional Championship, presented by Advanced Armament Corporation. Texas produced one of the finest Regionals of the season last year, and their range and clubhouse facilities are among the nicest in the country.

The Southern Regional Championship, presented by Remington Handguns, takes place in May in Birmingham, AL’s Brocks Gap Training Center, which hosts multiple disciplines of firearms competition on a monthly basis and is home to the Steel City Carbine Championship.

In June, the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship, presented by Bushmaster, will be held outside Danville, VA at Virginia International Raceway, one of the top road course venues in America. In addition to world class racing, VIR also features premium on-site shooting, lodging, dining, karting and spa. For 3GN, facilities include a shoot-house, National Skeet Shooting Association-approved skeet courses, NRA-approved traditional ranges out to 1,000 yards as well as natural terrain areas for courses of fire.

The 3GN Regional Series comes to a close in August at the Beckley Gun Club in Beckley, WV at the Eastern Regional Championship, presented by DPMS. A mountaintop range facility located near Coolridge in Raleigh County, WV, the range is minutes away from the white water capital of the Eastern United States, and the Beckley area presents a multitude of outdoor recreation. With a wooded, sloped topography, the Beckley Gun Club will provide a healthy mix of rugged bay and natural terrain courses of fire.

All those interested in registering are encouraged to ensure their 3GN Membership is active and up to date prior to attempting registration, as all slots are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for all five 3GN Regional Championship matches will go live at http://memberships.3gunnation.com/Eventsat 9 pm EST, Thursday, Dec. 4.

I'm guessing they haven't found ranges in the Midwest that suites their needs. Charles definitely listens to suggestions if you know of a place.

I was hoping for one in Tulsa. I guess we as shooters in this part of the country need to get off our ass and get something going that can support matches of this type. Ranges big enough to support a big match are nonexistant in my area.

Nationals is going to be in Tulsa the same weekend as the pro series finale. That will be an invite only match I'm told. Rumor I hear is you shoot your way through regionals, club series winners, pro series, or something like that. Should be announced soon I hope.

I am going to attend one or two. Looking at the Virginia and West Virgina one. May only shoot the Virginia one due to the FNH match being the end of August. Swinging 2 matches in one month may be a little tough for me.

I hope to make Marble Falls in 2015. Had to cancel out this year due to an injury. I plan on being a little more careful in the future.

I'd sign up for one in Tulsa but looks like that is not in the cards. No way I'd get an invite to the Nationals. But then, I probably wouldn't want to shoot a match that would invite me.

A co-worker and I are talking about signing up for the SW. We have a question. We are both 3GN members but we were wondering if we need to sign up for the semi-pro series? If not, what are the benefits of signing up for the semi-pro series?

The semi pro series is one of the stepping stones to get into the pro series. You can see how you rank overall versus other semi pros too.

Dunno. My guess would be looking for something fresh. I talked to Charles Sole a few minutes ago and the virginia location sounds tits. Google that place and check it out.

The east coast matches filled instantly. The Vegas match didn't fill if I remember right.

I am extremely disappointed Rockcastle was dropped. The regional and pro am back to back was an awesome experience. But this is from a guy that shoots local matches there. Part of me is happy to spread the wealth, but only a really tiny part.

I was kinda surprised that the announcement was released today and registration is tomorrow night, not much time to figure out time off with work. I am going to have to wing it and hope there is not a time off black out at work for the match I pick.

They always seem to be behind the 8 ball but they are also the only organization in action shooting that's running 15 pro/regional matches themselves.

I just have to take a gamble and register then hope those dates are not blacked out and I don't lose my registration fee because I have to back out, that's all. I'm going to gamble and try and get in one of them here on the east side. Computer will be logged in and ready to go. Reminder in iPhone already.

They are all about customer service to the shooters as they are the new kid on the block with different ways of doing things. I'm sure you won't be out an entry fee if you have to cancel.

Refund Cancellation Policy
100% refund will be available until 5 weeks prior to the event. After this deadline date, shooters will receive a 50% refund as long as they cancel 14 days prior to the event. If the cancellation occurs after the 14 day deadline, the match fees will be forfeited.
