It is a points match for the Amateur, Semi-Pro, and Division Series but the Pro Series guys aren't required to be there. I'm gonna give Heavy Optics a try to see if I can rack up 100 out of the 300 points I need to win a Division title and $5,000 from Hornady.

Am I just a moron or what, I never did see the match fee's. I don't know if I could pull off getting off work with short notice but I'd sure like to try my hand at this. I see a couple of guys I'd like to squad with and there are a couple open slots

A bunch of us are staying at the Holiday Imm Executive Center on the West Side of Columbia. It has a bat and restaurant which makes it convenient to drink away the bloops and blunders or celebrate the successes of the day.

Hit the range this morning and played with shooting at 100 & 200 yards with the rifle at 45 & 90 degrees. Last year we shot a bunch of those pesky autopoppers at weird angles and positions from 50-150.
