13 Year Old Competitve Shooter Katelyn Francis Rocks!

That is awesome. Papa must be so proud.

I liked the trigger work @1:38.

What a great video! Bringing kids into the sport is the only way this is going to continue. I don't care if its shooting, fishing, hunting, or whatever uses a gun, keep your kids into it. The time spent will keep them away from things we don't want to think about.

They let her RO a stage? How cool is that?

I'd give anything if I would have been financially able to do this with my kids. Hell I couldn't even do it with me back then. :(

My oldest is 8 & I'm almost finshed building a steel challenge rifle for him.
I'm really excited about it & hope he takes to it & has the interest in it like she has.

I wish I'd had the opportunity at that age.

Here is the video that went viral. It was shares in Facebook over 20,000 times. The NRA sent a link to it out in a news letter. Several international news organizations did stories on it. In about a week, Katie's Facebook page became the most "liked" page in actio shooting with over 20,000 subscribers.

Really cool stuff!!!

Same here. Which is why I will do everything I can to make sure my kids - Lord willing some day! - DO have that opportunity.
