If you drop the gun after the make ready command is given and before the range is clear command is given, it's an automatic DQ, loaded or not, safety on or not. Sucks on the DQ but them be the rules. If he's not careful, he's going to knock more bluing off of that STI, they do such a great job on their bluing process. My Sentry is about 2 months old and looks like it's 2 years. I love the way it shoots but their bluing jobs suck.

On the range stuff. I've got the tools if you want to fab some new stands. If someone can give me drawings/dimensions...I could pre-cut some stuff.

no long slide for sale, I have 1 Glock 34 that I'm keeping....in spite of what Cyrwus may think. The May match need not be a work party. H&H will buy sticks and pasters, Shannon is always willing to try out new target ideas but as we all know, H&H isn't broke. She has been able to get the supplies she needs to run the matches and that's what the entry fee provides. That being said, some repairs to the props used now would be helpful. I'll let her tell you what she needs there.
