If it's impacting high at 25 yards, you need a taller front sight. The rear sight may need to be ground slightly on the bottom of the rack in order to get slightly lower.
Center your rear sight and zero windage with the front sight so you have equal windage adjustments.

I have a few friends that have pilots licenses and light planes. A plane big enough to carry a couple shooters probably won't have the capacity for guns and ammo for everyone. An old customer had a twin engined job that would carry 6 passengers. Bad weather would still ground the thing...
