Can you quad loader out there put some video's on here to teach me how to do it. Seen video's on loading very fast but not how to hold the shells, which shells to load first, where is your thumb placed and what else I need to know?

I've been loading the two shells at the bottom of my palm first, but everyone does that. You can't really use your thumb that well with the two stacks of shells in your hand. But I'm going to quit strong-hand quad-loading and try weak-hand quad-loading for a while. Seems like a winner.

My problem with quads isn't getting them into the shotgun, but getting them cleanly off the caddy. Unlike Jeff's Otto vest, which is rigid, my Taccoms are on a molle chest plate carrier, and it gives as I try to snatch off the shells. But the more I get into 3 gun, the more I like the idea of being able to load 2, quad load, and weak hand load, depending on the situation. BTW, thanks Jeff for letting me use your vest and shotgun!!!

Gotta have rigidity. The snatch and grab is key to keeping the shells in place.

If I can ever find the right place on the belt and angle for the caddy I'd feel a whole lot more confident.

I've settled on always having a conventional caddy on my weak side for "oh elephant dung", but the rest is still a work in progress. Really like the Mark Otto vest for higher round count stages, but keep thinking quads may be better, if one needs multiples of 4. There are so many different possibilities it makes my head hurt. I just wanna shoot! And I have yet to shoot a match that I used anything but bird shot.

I've seen caddys everywhere. So I don't think there is a right spot for everyone.
