yep, a lower's a lower.I have an AK74 which runs the 5.45x39 (ballistically about the same as the 5.56 rounds) and have a ton of ammo and want to reduce the number of calibers I have have to stock.
As long as it'll work, I'm in for one.

This debate is usually in reference to AR Rifle vs. AR Pistol build.

I'm putting your name on the list then. If something changes let me know and I'll remove it.Just wanting assurances that it will work with a 5.45x39. Don't much care about the markings.
If so, sign me up. +1
Jessie, when can I test out your 5.45 setup? I'd love to use it at a match maybe - or just have some fun.
I'm pretty sure just a different bolt and barrel
I'm pretty sure Taymoor is correct here. You will also need a heavier hammer spring and a good cleaning kit because that super cheap Spam can ammo is corrosive and has a primer that will make a JP 3.5 # trigger or any trigger useless.
Model 1 Sales and S&W are the only two places I know if for the bolt and barrel. I have been trying hard to ruin this crappy 16" carbine barrel so that I could order the 20" rifle length from model 1.
I sent in a probing q to Erik from Loki to see if he could build an 18in Stainless fluted barrel in 5.45 and what it would cost - I think this should be pretty good for a 3gun gun
I love you
Can I still get in on this
