Hey guys. I love 1911's and have for over 30 years. My first one was the one my Grandfather carried in WWII & Korea. It is a Remington Rand and is in great condition, probably bc my Grandfather was a Colonel and it was mostly stored in a holster(which I have as well). Since then all have been 45acp guns but this year I got my 1st 9mm 1911, a Dan Wesson Specialist, and I love it.
