Good God, do I need more ammo!
I am still kicking myself for (years ago) walking away from a nice Ruger SR9 instead of buying it right then and there. I need to add a 9mm to my collection...Yes, you need more ammo and a couple more guns.![]()
Not to be a downer, but as crappy as a lot of the GOP is, I'm not expecting too much. Trump or no Trump. Congress runs this country, and as I see it any President is 99% window dressing. Just my personal thoughts, but I've been voting since '72, and it just seems to be getting worse and worse every year. I truly hope I'm wrong, but if you believe what the Bible says, things will continue to get worse. It's going to be a wild ride, we must prevail. Handed Trump a strong mandate, I sure hope the gop will back him. Vote today on speaker ( again) will be a clue.
Yes you do. That supply is barely sufficient for a weekend at the range. Lol!Get the ammo ready, save the popcorn for later.

Speaker Johnson passed on the first vote! A little over two weeks and it's going to be a whole new world out there. It's going to be a wild ride, we must prevail. Handed Trump a strong mandate, I sure hope the gop will back him. Vote today on speaker ( again) will be a clue.
Absolutely! I have a j frame that's my pretty much always companion@Bob Lee is right... Be ready. Just like the USCG motto "Semper Paratus" (Always Ready).I'm always ready, as it was instilled in me back in bootcamp in 1979!
If I have time, I'll carry my 1911 in a shoulder holster when out and about, or even walking my dog.
If I don't have time, I'll simply toss the little S&W .38 snubby in my pocket, and out the door I go.

I understand tight money,I am still kicking myself for (years ago) walking away from a nice Ruger SR9 instead of buying it right then and there. I need to add a 9mm to my collection...
I agree about the Glock 19. I have two Glocks a 17 and a 19. Both have had grip reductions done on them. I do like the 17, not nuts about the 19 tho. It does have an odd feel to the grip. Even with the grip reduction it feels odd, and blocky. The 17 being full size the grip feels much better. I still prefer any variation of the Browning HiPower. they just feel right! If I carry a 9 you can bet it'll be a HiPower. No Glocks... My son-in-law has a Glock 19. I *tried* to get used to it when we swapped at the range. He shot my 1911, I shot his Glock. I just couldn't get into it... Something was odd about the grip and overall handling of the Glock.
I still want a Ruger SR9, as I was {this close} to buying it at a gun show a while back, but went Full Retard and walked away.
