I love carrying my GUNSITE LWC over ALL of the aforementioned pistols. I just don't worry as much about it when I bang into stuff. The others ones stay under control at the house....

I vote Nighthawk for Customer Service, selection and variety of models, quality of product, and accuracy. I own 7 Nighthawks (+ 2 on order) and I have never had to send one back for anything in the 10 years I have owned Nighthawks.

Guncrafter with Nighthawk next
I didn't want to bring Guncrafter into it since op didn't ask but yeah I love my GIs very much!
Got a matching pair of bobtail NN commanders in 45 & 9mm, they're the shizznit! Superb working guns:)4299D473-8381-4E5C-9BD5-848C56A74B39.jpeg
I need to get some new pics of my firearms! This is from when the 9mm arrived and I hadn't put the alumagrips back on it yet.

Beautiful !!

Given the 2 options - I'd have to go with Nighthawk myself and with $3500 I'd be looking in the secondary/used market - That is where i have picked up 3 of mine and 2 have flown home for some custom touches :)
My T3 with a few personalized options:

Vote Wilson here as have no experience with NH T all, I do know that the 1 and only time I ever used their customer service it could have not been better had a sight issue mailed it on Monday and shot it on Wednesday back home. Was even paid later for my shipping to them same day air and got follow up phone calls.

Which gun manufacture would you pick, out of the two?

I'll be able to give a better answer in due time. How much time is the question.

I'm in line for builds with both WC & NHC.

Pays my monies and waits my turns. :p

At present I have 5 Wilson Combats and zero Nighthawks.

Now....that's a skewed metric due as none of my Wilson Combats are 1911's:

BrigTac
CenTac
Vickers G19
Recon Tactical (.308Win)
EDC X9

The WC on order is, in fact, a 5" 1911.

The two NHC on order are both 5"....one is a 2011, the other 1911.

I've had nothing but stellar results from the above handguns. Each was bought new and has run flawlessly from the first round onward.

The rifle is an unknown quantity as I have been waiting on gun funds to accumulate so I can put some quality glass on it. I should at least go run it with irons just to function check it. Gonna enjoy this 'un immensely.....my first AR-10.

FWIW, can offer nothing but high praise for the WC magazines I've used over the years. High confidence in them.

I've had a couple guns that were "fixed" simply by using ETM's or 47OX's.

Also, I remain a big fan of the WC Ultima lubes & cleaners. Zero complaints whatsoever. They've worked very well for me.

The fit and finish of my WC guns were each spot-on perfect. Function has been flawless.
The only customer service experiences I've had with them were:
1) when I called & emailed to find out about possible options on builds. All info was quickly conveyed to me. Can-do attitude.
2) In one case they sent mixed up an ammo order and sent me the wrong item....they recognized and shipped the correct items I'd ordered.....and did all this before I'd ever been aware. When I inquired about the initial incorrect shipment....was told to enjoy it, too. Wow.

Made my NHC orders through a dealer.....but had some order-related questions he couldn't answer. Called NHC and inquired about: holsters for TRS-Comp, IOS system & magazine information. Enthusiastic conversation driven by the guy who was helping me....then he brought in another staff member to ensure he was passing along solid magazine info and yet another guy to ensure he'd given the accurate IOS info to me. As soon as we got off the phone I called my dealer and had my order changed so the gun WOULD have IOS, too. Next call was to the fine folks over at Dawson Precision to order several 126mm magazines.

The guns from both companies are going to take several months...maybe even a year. I'm confident the wait will be worth it, though.

It's going to be interesting looking closely under the hood of each of these guns. I hope they are good to go as the plans are for lots of use and high round counts.

NICE !!!

Is one a clear favorite ?
My Nighthawk Thunder Ranch is the best gun I've ever shot. Have Sigs, Glocks, Smiths, Kimber, and none of then can come close to my TR. It's beautiful, accurate, easy to carry, and fantastic feel when shooting.

You are my Hero! Sweet collection and envious of the items you have in progress. Very well done Dub!
