2013 Nordic Components G3G Practical Shotgun Challenge July 6-7 at WSRC !

The thought was to leave the Early Registration price open for the first 50 to register, but that's coming up pretty quick! We've received a great response and already have shooters registered from IL, IN, MO, KY, OH, PA, CO, OK, TN, IA, and CA !

We have now enabled Off-Line Payment as a purchase option so you can register on-line and pay by check or money order if that's your preference.

Looks like we've already met our ealy registration goals. We are going to leave the discounted Early Registration open for one more week and then continue with registration at the regular price. http://g3gpsc.whindo.com

Thanks to everyone for all the interest that has been shown in this match, between the unbeleivably great sponsors and the support from the shooting community this is shaping up to be quite the event!

Stay tuned for more exciting announcements about some really cool things currently in the works! (including a name change for the event perhaps?)

Gateway 3-Gun is Proud to have Nordic Components as our Partner and Title Sponsor for the newly renamed 2013 Nordic Components Practical Shotgun Challenge !!

You stuff them in a nice case.
Show up at the airport counter and tell them you're traveling with firearms.
They ask you if they are unloaded. You say yes.
You then fill out a little information card and sign the back.
They stick the card inside your case.
You lock the case with non TSA locks so nobody can open the case but you when it's out if your possession.
They ask if you have ammo. You say yes.
They ask if the ammo is in factory containers. You say yes even though you have your mags loaded and some of it is in reloading boxes that you taped shut.
They ask how much you have. You say 8 lbs even though you probably have more than the 11lbs max your suppose to have.
You board the flight. Upon arrival you go to the oversized bag area and wait way too long for some dude to bring out your guns. You show him your ID and your off.

Ive come to the conclusion that anything over 5 hours is better to fly. The drive home after 2-3 days fo shooting and drinking is too much for me anymore.

We could all rent a huge RV or coach bus and party our asses off on the ride up and back. I think a trip like that would make for some memories we wish we could remember.

I don't plan on shooting this one but If I'm in St. Louis that weekend to see the kids I will defanatly try to go out and see some of it. The boy would love it.

Make a point of being there. It's gonna be awesome.

Plus BoomerShooter is going to be giving away a free slot to get in the match.

Well then I guess I will schedule my July trip up there that weekend. Maybe by then I will have a scattergun to shoot that with if I get lucky enough to win a slot. Right now all I have is a Mosburg 500 or I could borrow a double barrel side by side coach gun from my dad.
