3MR April 3 Gun Match Update - Sat. cancelled / Sun. still on

The planned Saturday, April 14th match is cancelled but the Sunday, April 15th match is still on.

The recent rains hammered the range. Additionally, all the Spring growth is making things interesting.

Please watch the weather, the forecasts don't look too promising. Any changes to Sunday's match status will be posted here.

We will be setting up on Saturday and the plan is to have some stages similar to what we shot last month at Liberty Hill (some of the Larue Tactical "test" stages).

Since Spring time has arrived in full force it is recommended bring some kind of insect repellant. We did not have a tick/chigger problem last year but it can get a little "gamey" out in the woods.

Nooooooooooo! Saturday was it for me. Oh well, everything new at Larue will have to do.

BOTH - however I meant the 3-gun match - The beer fest is on Sat - so if I suck worse than I normally suck on Sunday you will know why!!!
 
God willin' and the creeks don't rise I'll be there. This will be the only match I can make til sometime in May.
 
Does anyone have an extra seat to 3MR or want to carpool.
I work Saturday night and don't get off until 6 am I am not worried about driving down I just don't want to drive back on to little sleep.
 
Well the weather forecast looks bad enough that regretfully we are going to cancel Sunday's 3 gun match.

Our next scheduled 3 gun match is May 6th.
