where would one make the suggestion to do printed stage descriptions for each stage to avoid the 30 minute or so walk through?

The WSD does not have to include the drawing just cover the main Items, Comstock or Virginia, where you can engage targets or specific targets. and define the shooting areas, and starting position, and how many targets of each type.

Everybody pregames the stages any way, so why have the walk through at all. Instead make it like the classifier, and post a layout for it at each stage.??.

We had a discussion about WSB's on here about a year ago and it turned into a long nasty thread.
WSB's are required for USPSA matches.
3.2.1 states "must" not 'should' ...it's not optional, there is no provision for a 'local rules' exemption.

You should also make comments to the Section Coordinator. Its his job to make sure that all the clubs are compliant with the rules.
