The construction is right on schedule.......for now anyway. The range walls are up and the space is really taking shape. If any of the boomer shooter crew wants to drop by and check the progress swing by the office next week.

Yeah, I saw the part they were carving out for Big boys, looks like it might be the size of heartlands, but it will be nice to have a range in that part of town and might encourage Banner Road to modernize a little bit.

If they could just get Twin Peaks to move into the VIP lounge we'd have nirvana. Go shoot guns, walk over to smoke, drink beer, eat and BS with each other. I can see this being a once a week thing.

Gonna weigh in as the precision dork here. Anyone game for a low magnification (4x and lower) .22 bolt match on a weeknight once they kick this thing off?

Does it have to be a bolt gun? Can it be center-fire? I have not been able to get .22LR in well over a year, although I have a few hundred on hand.

I have a Remington 512-X from the 60's with open sights. I'll bring it up there! I used to be the beer can champ when I was 12!

If I could find some Wolf match I'd be all for it! I was kicking the idea of a LR 22 match before 22LR ammo became unobtainium grrr the Savage doesn't like the bulk pack stuff but sure loves some Wolf match! guess I could put the 10/22 back together. Think they would let us shoot prone? Later,
