I'd be tickled pink if someone was investing that kind of money into a local economy, especially if it opens up and trickles down to folks who do advanced training and sell gun parts.

That's only $170/sf, which is about what most commercial construction project cost. I'm sure that HVAC system is $40-60/sf of that price.

It used to be some distributor warehouse it looks like, half the building still is I think. It will be nice when they finish.
