There's just about an endless amount of AR platform lowers that accept Glock Mags now.I've been thinking about the beretta. I wish it took glock mags.
What PCC options are there that take Glock mags?
Yes, also Taccom makes a coupler to stick a 32 & 20 end to end for a 52rnd mag.Matt Rigsby said:I got to searching and found out that Taylor Freelance makes a +10 extension for the Colt pattern mags.
I knew about those but didn't want to say anything until after the high cap hosefest.Matt Rigsby said:I got to searching and found out that Taylor Freelance makes a +10 extension for the Colt pattern mags.

I don't know if I'd trust the spring to push the last few rounds out.Wall said:Yes, also Taccom makes a coupler to stick a 32 & 20 end to end for a 52rnd mag.

I'm not going to get one of the couplers. It just doesn't tickle my pickle.mike_pinto said:Shut up Tony. Matt, they suck, you should for sure not waste your money on anything that takes you past 30 rounds..![]()
There are subtle advantages such as a smaller ejection port & lack of gas tube hole. These are places that won't be open to let trash come into the receivers, but it's not a must. Most 9mm receivers will be billet & styled better than a regular forged milspec receiver. In the case of the QC10 you mentioned, it is built (styled) to match the lower better than a 223 upper receiver.Travis Lowry said:Question on uppers.
Do standard AR 15 uppers work well for PCC guns? If so, then what does a "made for 9mm" upper (such as the QC-10) get you? Cosmetic? Reliability? Accuracy? All three?
