I'll trade 5 remington managed recoil 00 buck for standardvelocity buck. Soft hitting stuff turns my cz into a pump action.
I'll bring 10 each of S&B 12 pellet 00 buck, and Remington "Tac 8" buck. The S&B shoots pretty loose, but hot. The Tac 8 might also be "managed recoil". But I'll have it if you need it.

FYI, 12 pellet buck typically isn't allowed on paper targets cause its too easy to get your two hits and sucks to tape 12 holes. Might check the rules.

Good to see you here Warren.

That was my first time at ussa, that place is awesome. The main reason I went was to shoot the classifier, was pretty disappointed they didn't have it. Hopefully next match they have the classifiers figured out, and its a lot more organized.

Hey this was my first 3 gun competition. I had a lot of fun and I am looking forward to the next match. Thanks to everyone's help and support.

welcome aboard, you should start an intro thread

That's fine they didn't get the classifiers to him, that I can understand. I'm saying this constructively, not in a bashing way. They shouldve had enough range buckets, with timers, staplers, pasters, etc. They also didn't have written stage descriptions. I hope they get it lined out, the facility is very impressive.

USSA has a great facility, but it's been through some bad times.

The current owner is not a shooter(it's a real estate deal for him), and does not invest in the facility like it's really needed.

The range staff is very helpful, but the matches are set up and run by shooters. Unfortunately it's SOP to bring personal timers and staplers. There is generally enough tape.

It's not an ideal situation, but the members and regular visitors do the best we can.
