I knew that would happen. Bump stocks are not a functioning firearm nor a necessary part.
It doesn't fall under the 2nd Ammendment protections so SCOTUS refused to consider it.
I doubt you see SCOTUS take suppressors on either. Perhaps the law behind the government taxation, but not the actual suppressor. I love my suppressors and just don't understand the reasoning behind why we have to pay so much for them and get gubberment permission.
In Europe and Africa, you can buy them off the shelf for $50 bucks or so like a candy bar.
