Here's something a little different for you all to check out. I'm not sure how many folks are into tactics versus running and gunning but I suspect the majority here are in for any practical rifle challenge. If you are familiar with Kyle Lamb and Viking Tactics you have probably seen the 9-hole wall before either in his excellent book Green Eyes and Black Rifles or in one of his many Youtube Videos . I've only seen this drill done with the muzzle through the hole like in the video by Kyle Lamb however on Friday we shot the 9-hole wall with the shooters being few feet back from the wall at a target 75 yards down range.
The rules are easy, hit the target with a shot through each of the nine holes in the fastest way possible. Shoot the wood and you're DQ'd for that run.
The first 3 shots on the top aren't too tough... after that it gets interesting. I made it to six holes my first time through before I shot the barricad and was stopped. The second run is below which I did a bit better but should have laid out prone on the bottom shots with the rifle canted. There are two horizontal shots in the lowere third of the wall that take a bit of work to get the body positioning right to be able to make. Anyway... should you get bored with whatever training you've been doing or you;'d just like something different, I suggest giving this a shot.

Here is a photo of the wall from behind it , a shooters perspective. The wall has wood screwd on in the areas shooters often hit it to reenforce the wall so it won't break apart when hit. The holes are painted when hit so new hits can be discerned.
