Howdy Folks!
This summer myself and a group of mostly out of state friends from another forum will be descending on Charleston for a weekend get together. Being it's a shooting forum, the hive mind wants to work in some shooting. But, I'm in the Upstate and haven't any idea where to shoot near Charleston. We'll likely be rooming in one of the hotels near the bridge in Mt. Pleasant, and would like someplace decent that shouldn't have an issue with a mid size group (probably...10-15 people tops. Likely a little less than 10).
A quick look shows two public ranges, Twin Ponds and Boggy Head. Any advantage for one or the other? Sat view on Google doesn't really show any difference between the two. We're also open to an indoor or paid option if anyone knows of a good range in the area that isn't overpriced or with nitpicky rules about ammo and what not.
