What bullet weight is everyone typically shooting in PCC? 115? 124? Heavier?

Anything. It doesn't really matter. Faster is flatter if you're going to shoot out to 100.

I dont reload much yet and I have a crap load of factory 115gr 9mm I was hoping to burn up in my GMR-13. It eats it just fine but I want to work with it and get it to shoot them much better than it does now. I went with a 14.5" with pinned comp so not sure what my options will be besides buffer and spring weights. I have been using my free time lately to get me new 3gun rifle tuned in and ready but hopefully soon I can work with my PCC more.
