Change your diet. I have no problem being hungry, but hunger seems to completely govern the behaviors of most people. Eating less = losing weight, eating right = health. You don't want to end up with heart disease, because once it starts, it never stops, and will be what kills you if something else doesn't do it first. Also, American people tend to stick to carbs and meat, with a smattering of veggies/fruit. Horrible, horrible choice, unless you eat once a day. Meat is almost devoid of nutrients unless it's raw. Exercise is great, but mainly for toning and training muscles. It will unbalance the ratio of energy in versus energy out in your favor, but won't lead to a large drop in a short time frame.
