At the Rockcastle Shooting Center

This course will cover hard refinement of the fundamentals of long range precision shooting & set the stage to take you beyond them.
Course will cover but is not limited to:
Day 1 (class room)
Gun set up/adjustment
gear, equip, optics
range estimation
wind
spotting
internal & external ballistics
prepare & discuss drop charts/data book
Day 2 (range)
zero & group refinement
shoot yard lines starting at 100 (confirm/collect data)
shoot until dark or we reach 1000yds
Day 3 (range)
continue to 1000 (if not reached)
depending on time we will shoot UKD & alternate positions
I encourage shooters to bring 500rds for this course all equipment as well as comfort items.
The instructor for this course will be Damon Rufener (Recent 3rd place at the summer Mammoth Sniper Challenge).
