Large pistol primer 0.40

Anyone ever run across large primer 40? I've never seen it before.

It's hard to read since they didn't leave themselves much space.
EtronX. Then 40 S&W on the bottom. I have found two of them so far.

First time for everything I guess. I haven't loaded much more than 5000 pieces of 40, but I've never come across one.
