Not sure why but it seems that our members have become more confrontational than usual. I am seeing much more disagreement amongst ourselves than ever seen in the past. I understand that the currently proposed legislation endangers what we see as our given rights, but the infighting that is escalating here will do nothing but fracture one area of support that we currently agree upon.
Midnight Raver has expressed a valid concern. We are not the only individuals who may view the content posted here; Anti-Gun politicians looking for ammo to take away our ammo, and sponsors who help support our members and gatherings, will all potentially view these posts. While presenting images of our favorite firearms is within the realm of this forum and group discussion, I too must support the idea that children with guns, not being instructed or in proper usage, may not be the best image we, as responsible gun owners, can make. I love to see youngsters being taught by their parents to become marksman and hunters with proper respect for their tools. I do not like to see them holding deadly weapons in a manner that implies they are toys to be played with. If I am missing something here, please let me know. My opinion is just that, my opinion. I want to see us continue to be a common league of supporting individuals in the hopes of maintaining our rights to shoot for sport, hunting, and for our defense.
