As far as the drawing itself, if it hasn't already been planned, I would suggest:
1) make a numbered list of all entries - if Johnny has 20 entries, his name goes on line 1-20, jimmy with 6 entries gets 21-26, Billy only has 3 and gets lines 27-29, etc.
2) Have random.org spit out a random series of numbers between 1 and the number of entries. If there were 100 entries, it will give something like:

3) match numbers with names to make an order, if someone has already gone, just get the name of the next person (if there was a one prize per person limit).
4) publish the order, have a moderator PM each person in order or call/text. Keep a thread with all the prizes listed, add a name next to each prize as it's taken - will look something like the predict when we get to 2,000 members thread (or whatever the number is).
