How Many Rounds Did You Shoot in 2016?

I dont really take note of rounds shot a day but I keep track of my range days and how I am shooting. Just got a Glock 19 from someone who had wrote down everything for his gun. He said the gun had around 1500 round through it but I added up his notepad and it was closer to 4000.

2016 totals
maybe 600 9mm Ten range days, normally just bring a box of 50. I just found out about 4 range days ago I was jerking really bad and didnt notice it until I dry fired at the range after I shot a few rounds.
maybe 60 .223 Shooting my rifle is not as fun anymore, and my compensator give me headaches. Handguns are just more difficult and more rewarding when you shoot well.
I thought when I bought 2000 rounds of blaster ammo from Freedom Munitions it would last me 6 month or so. Sense the end of December I have burned through half of it.

If you keep a log of anything, Ammo shot, weights lifted, miles ran, calories consumed, dry fire sessions you always end up finding out you do a lot more or a lot less then what you "think" you're doing. Give it a try one time. You'll be surprised and probably motivated to do more.

I like the idea of keeping the annual total in each new years thread. It will help get me off the couch and out practicing trying to keep pace with my practices sessions.

Yeah, I do that to remind myself to practice more. It's just hard to do sometimes after 12 hour shifts plus wife and kids.
