For me, the difficulty has always been more of a "how to safely carry" issue. There are "huggers" to contend with, and if you go the day-planner type holster, are you ok leaving that sitting on a pew where anyone can get to it. Then again, if my wife has a revo in her purse and that's sitting on the pew...
The whole spirit of concealed carry hinges on one person quietly doing what he thinks is right for himself / his family and MY instincts tell me I'm vulerable in church, so I carry when I can.
My instincts are based on experiences that are different from others, so they may not feel the same leading I do. It's also the reason I don't judge others that carry differently or not at all.
