I don't doubt your culinary excellence and experience with south of the border cuisine. I would love to try your tacos and Spanish rice, I really would! I, for instance, just happen to make the best tamales ever, in my opinion. What I think the lure and intrigue is with tacos, is that you get to explore your community, face danger, peril, take risks, and have a goofy story that makes one both envious and hungry.
A taco just isn't a taco, it's an experience.
P.S. I've been to Hugo's twice in the last two days. I got shut out of Tacis Don Nacho last night. As I got there, they were closing.
