Ask the semi-pro

dear semi pro's
I have to say, after shooting for the last three years, this is the funniest discussions i have ever read in my life. Really, this is better than therapy! I can't believe I ever walked away from this forum! While I am way to busy with family and work to persue semi-pro status, I will happily retain the status of amatuer who is more than happy to perform hip thrusts during a classifier or perhaps a kick start on a turn around for everyones delight! I do feel as though I might need to get conner and I shooting jerseys for the few matches we attend. A near future job change may lead us to shoot more saturday matches. Perhaps the salvation army will put together a shooting team? instead of the AMU it would be the SAMU?
Thanks again all!

SAMU is epic!!! Im gonna use that one in the near future.

Next year we will be doing a local match contingency program as well so wearing a BS jersey should pay off.

If you semi pros with your fancy shirts ant to add a BoomerShooter. Com logo we will honor that shirt in our contingency program as well.

now that i'm back amongst the world of the booming shooting, please let me know about the whole jersey/contingency programs thingy, we usually shoot h&h, heartland, duncan, tri city, paul able's match, sometimes okcgc. Just for kicks, like I said, just an amatuer shooter, part time tattoo artist<
If your not first, your last.

No local program for this year - probably something we will do for next year - its too late in the shooting season now as its starting to semi wind down.

I'm pretty sure there is a thread where you guys can talk about this.......... And it's not here

This semi pro tip wasn't given yet it was observed. So here we go.

Show up at a local match...oh I dunno..the one at okcgc or something..
Make your presence known and then leave 5 minutes before it starts. Like a boss. *cough Jesse *cough

I've heard that the hardest thing about shooting IDPA is telling your dad you're gay...

I had a grandmaster semi pro tell me this exact thing. I was at Walmart wearing a fishing vest and some guy I didnt know punched me in the kidneys and repeated those exact words. I turned around and he was gone.

That's when I bought a Benelli and an AR15 and started shooting 3 gun.

Dearest Semi Pro,

I saw a man wearing a camo kilt at a match last night. I got kinda excited. Is that okay?
He was carrying a gun and his mags were in the cargo pocket. Does that make it better?

sincerely,
curious about kilts

Also, how can I score warning points below my name? I hate getting zeros!

A kilt is what you call a dress when your too ugly to convince everone your a woman. With that said your curious may be bicurious and that's not ok.

And if your wanting warning points just keep hanging around this thread.
